Ferry Rates


Ferry Flights
These rates may be available on a case-by-case basis to ride along in conjunction with an aircraft ferry flight.
 
R-22 $125/hr
R-44 $225/hr
 
- Must be PIC/Solo qualified in respective aircraft; if not PIC/Solo qualified then 5 hours of dual in addition to ferry time may be required in respective aircraft.
- Half of lodging expenses included if shared accommodations agreed upon.
- Customer transportation, meals, and personal expenses not included.
- Deposit equal to 10 hours (or equal to estimated flight time if less than 10 hours), in respective aircraft, must be paid fourteen days in advance.
- If customer can not complete the flight or cancels with less than 14 days notice, then customer will be billed at quoted hourly rate for any flying hours actually flown by the customer and may be billed at cost for any flying hours required to position the aircraft to the original/required destination (exceptions may apply and extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
 
Aircraft Ferrying Services
To ferry a customer's aircraft, HRH charges:
 
 -$325 for commencing ferry service
   - Ferry Pilot departing his/her home city constitutes "commencing ferry service"
 - $300 per 600 flight planned miles segment begun
   - "flight planned miles" are determined by the HRH pilot prior to the flight and are as necessary to safely conduct the flight
 - $40/day per-diem, billed in ½ day increments
 - Actual lodging expenses reimbursement
 - Fuel, oil and trip related expenses reimbursement
