Charter Rates
R-44 Charter Flights	$475/flight hr*
* - One hour minimum

Waiting Time If the pilot and aircraft are required to wait at the request of the customer or due to the customer’s schedule, the customer may be charged up to $75/hr of the actual waiting time.

Overnight & Extended Trips Customer requests for overnight or extended (over 8 hours) trips will be handled on a case-by-case basis & may be subject to the following additional charges: - $475 per day ($240 per ½ day) - $75 per-diem per day ($37.50 per ½ day) - Meals, Lodging and Incidentals (transportation, fees, etc.)

Changes or Cancellations Every attempt will be made to accommodate customer requests for schedule changes and each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be billed for any applicable charges or expenses incurred resulting from changes or cancellations.
